Quality & Certifications

Surma strives to keep pace with the changing times in fashion and our goal is to provide impeccable quality with value for money. All fabrics and garments processed in our facility have to undergo stringent series of tests to ensure nothing but the best is offered to our customers. Dyed, printed and processed fabrics are tested against quality control measures including AZO free and toxin free chemicals. All our dyes and chemicals are imported from Cieba Giegy of Switzerland to meet all testing requirements.

Quality control is of utmost concern to Savar Group. We have a QC team who diligently work to ensure that our goods don’t fall below the customers expectations.  We adhere to a stringent quality checking process which includes the following:

• Inspection of incoming materials
• Correct issuance of materials against requirements
• Inline inspection at every stage of production such as knitting, linking, finishing etc.
• Final inspection before delivery either by ourselves or third party.

We are also equipped with machines which are technologically advanced and help further to ensure quality control such as Spectrometer testing and needle detector machine.

We have attained certifications for our factories which includes IS0-9002, Okeotex, CTPAT, WRAP certification as part of our continued effort to provide superior service and to be recognized as a fully complaint manufacturer.
